Customer Care

1. How do I create and/or edit my account?

Simply hit the register button and enter your email address and create a password. Upon completion you will be prompted to update and/or edit any addresses in your account.

2. How do I place an order?

When you see an item you love, please specify the quantity, size, and color options you prefer then click on "Add to Shopping Cart." After you add an item you may continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. At any time you can click on "Shopping Cart" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Check Out" to finish. You will then be prompted to fill out shipping and billing information. Finish by clicking "Place Your Order." Be sure to look out for a confirmation email in your email mailbox soon after!

3. How do I know what size to order?

4. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept the following methods of payment:

Important Information about Payment :
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the billing information on the credit card provided.

5. What are my shipping options, rates and everything in between?

Standard Shipping:
UPS is our preferred carrier of choice.

Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, usually within 24-48 hours. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in four to seven business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). All orders are shipped from our distribution center in Southern Florida.

2nd Day Air Shipping
Orders placed with Expedited Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 AM ET will arrive within 2 business days, pending credit card authorization and provided the item is in stock.
Orders placed with Express Shipping Monday through Friday after 10:00 AM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.

Next Business Day Delivery
Orders placed with Next Business Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 10:00 AM ET will arrive on the next business day, pending credit card authorization and provided the item is in stock. Let's not chance it via web, please call us!! Orders placed on weekdays after 10:00 AM ET , or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days.

UPS Next Day:

We do not ship to PO Boxes. The address on the order must be a physical street address. Change/Cancel Order:
Orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. Shipping Addresses:
When you set up your account online, you will be prompted to enter a separate shipping address and can even save addresses that you may want to ship to in the future. International Orders:
Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. If you are a fan of Melly M ™ and live abroad, please email your favorite store information to: sales@mellym.com. If possible, please include the following:

  • Name and location of store
  • Address and telephone
  • Name and email of buyer and/or owner

Should this store become a Melly M ™ dealer, we will send you a Melly M™ gift as a token of our appreciation!

6. How do I track my order?

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with UPS tracking information. You can click on the tracking number at any time. This will direct you to the UPS website and will display all information about the packages shipping process.

7. What happens if I need to return or exchange a product?

Not a problem! Please visit our returns & exchanges page.

8. Do I have to pay sales tax?

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of Florida. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift cards; however, items paid for with gift cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in state of Florida.

9. If a certain item is out of stock, will it come back?

In an effort to not over-saturate the market, we limit the production quantities in certain items. If we choose to produce more, you will see a back-order status in the selection box. If you decide to purchase a back-ordered item(s), your credit card will not be charged until the item ships and you will receive notication once the item(s) ships. Otherwise, please call us at 866-463-5596.

10. Do you offer Gift Wrapping?

We offer gift wrapping at a charge of $10.00 per item. Just choose the "Is This Item A Gift?" section on the check-out page and we will send an invoice with no pricing and will wrap the purchase. Please include your message in the notes section. Gift wrapping is non-refundable should the item be returned and/or exchanged. Please note: All Gift Card purchases come wrapped at no charge.

11. How can I purchase a gift card?

Simple click on the Gift Card page and purchase that special gift!

12. What stores in my area carry Melly M™?

Please contact corporate sales at 866-463-5596 to obtain a list of stores. Alternatively, email us at sales@mellym.com.

13. I have a retail location, how can I gain access to the wholesale page?

Please email us at wholesale@mellym.com to obtain access. Or, fill out the attached form and a member of our team will be in touch within 24 hours.
