How do I return or exchange an item?
At Melly M, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. We hope that you will never need to return or exchange an item, but should the need arise, we will fulfill your request as soon as possible – your satisfaction is our top priority!

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt, and must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. To expedite this service, please include a copy of your invoice or packing slip.  All merchandise is considered FINAL for SALE or MONOGRAMMED merchandise. Credit can be given for items purchased at full price 7 days prior to a sale. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT COMPLETION OF THE RETURN REQUEST FORM.  Upon approval customer service will provide the return address- NO packages will be accepted at either the FL or NY locations.  Please contact customerservice@mellym.com should you have any questions or concerns. 

We regret that we cannot accept packages shipped COD. Shipping charges will be refunded only if we have processed your order incorrectly. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for your return to be processed; a credit should appear on your credit card billing statement within two billing cycles.

This policy pertains to all Melly M merchandise purchased at mellym.com or at trunk show where Melly M has their own booth.  Please note individual store policies before purchasing.

How do I select a proper size?

How are shipping charges and sales tax calculated?
All shipments for in-stock merchandise are sent within 5-7 business days by UPS Ground from Rhode Island. You will be charged according to the following scale:

Shipping Charges - UPS Ground
Purchases between $0.00 - $50.00= $8.00 shipping fee
Purchases between $50.01 - $100.00 = $10.00 shipping fee
Purchases between $100.01 - $200.00 = $12.00 shipping fee
Purchases between $200.01 -$400.00 = $15.00 shipping fee
Purchases between $400.01 or more = $18.00 shipping fee

Can merchandise be sent by overnight shipping or other express mail services?
Shipment by UPS 2nd day air or UPS Overnight is available for an additional fee. If you require expedited shipping, please place your order directly by calling 1-866-463-5596 or send an email to sales@mellym.com. You will receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours.

We're sorry but at this time we do not ship orders internationally.

We accept payment by Visa or MasterCard. Personal checks are only accepted at trunk shows.

How do I care for my Melly M products?
We recommend that all Melly M products be dry-cleaned to retain product shape and vibrancy. Please note individual care tags for each item. Handbags should be dry-cleaned as well.
